You are attracted to Jesus. You want to know him.

You would like to become a Christian.

For that purpose, you must: Hear him. Discover what he does. Evaluate what he asks to his friends. Know what he promises to those who believe in Him

One becomes a Christian through baptism
If you become a Christian:

You will always be free

There is no control of knowledge

There is nothing to sell or to buy

There is always room for forgiveness

But in fact,  what is baptism?

Peter, the leader of the apostles of the Christ Jesus, says to us: "Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2,38).

And Paul , the apostle chosen to preach the Gospel everywhere, says :

“Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life. ”  and “you were buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.” (Romans 6:3-4 , Colossians 2:12) .

Through baptism , you become a member of Christ, you are incorporated into the Church, the great Christian family of 2.3 billion brothers and sisters all countries and all langues.

When you are preparing for baptism , you become a catechumen , because yon are " instructed verbally " on the Christian faith and how to live his life in freedom, according to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

After the baptism , you are becoming a neophyte , a new creation, an adoptive son of God.

The Baptism is done in the Name of the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) , which is why one who baptizes said:

"I baptize you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"

Don't hesitate to talk to a priest of the Roman Catholic Church.

Jésus Christ says : "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned." ( Mark 16 , 16) .

P.1

Jesus told Martha,

"I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

 Martha said to Jesus,

"Yes, Lord. I have come to believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one who is coming into the world." (Jn 11, 25-27).
