Summary of the b-abba website

有大约两千年,托马斯在中国创立的教会。托马斯是耶稣的十二使徒之一。

Thomas was in China from 65 to 68 to found the Church, more than a century before the arrival of Buddhism, as shown by the bas-reliefs Kong Wang Shan. One can see the apostle Thomas holding the cross in the right hand, wearing a sort of turban with a cross, with the strip of Jewish high priest. The Virgin Mary is in the position of humility, sitting on the floor. She shows the Child Jesus.

Jesus chose twelve apostles: Simon-Peter, Andrew, James, John, Philip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew, James, Thaddaeus, Simon the Cananean and Judas, replaced, after his treason, by Matthias. Bishops succeed apostles. For the apostles, as for the disciples, faith and Love are Gospel' keys.

- Peter (+ v. 64). Jesus says to Peter and to Andrew throwing their net in the sea: "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men."

Later, Peter denied Jesus, but Jesus asks him three times: "Do you love me" and Peter answers :"Yes, Lord; you know that I love you." Jesus says to him, "Feed my lambs."  What means that Peter becomes the shepherd of the herd (the Church). Jesus also says him: "You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church".

- John (v. 1-101) is "the disciple whom Jesus loved" and a witness of foreground. At the time of the last Passover, he had lain closed to the breast of Jesus (to be with the listening of Jesus, of his heart). Just after death of Jesus, John took Mary to his own home.

In his first letter, he says: "If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us [...] but if any one does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous and he is the expiation for our sins".

Then, John us warns against the false prophets (antichrists): those which deny that Jesus is Christ, the Word made flesh. The main commandment is to believe in the Name of Jesus-Christ, the Son of God and to love us ones the others.

- Thomas (+ v. 71) called Didymus, one of the Twelve, was not with them when Jesus came. So the other disciples said to him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands and put my finger into the nailmarks and put my hand into his side, I will not believe."

Now a week later his disciples were again inside and Thomas was with them. Jesus came, although the doors were locked, and stood in their midst and said, "Peace be with you."

Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here and see my hands, and bring your hand and put it into my side, and do not be unbelieving, but believe." Thomas answered and said to him, "My Lord and my God!"

Jesus said to him, "Have you come to believe because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed." (John 20, 24-29).

- Paul (5-65) is not a part of twelve apostles. He is at first a persecutor of the first Christians, but Jesus appears to him on the road of Damascus. He converts and becomes the apostle of the pagans.

In his letter to Colossians, Paul writes : (Jesus is) "the image of the invisible God, the first-born of all creation; for in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible […] He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the first-born from the dead". Paul also warns against the tempting speeches. "One says to you: Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch, according to human precepts and doctrines? These have indeed an appearance of wisdom [...] What it is necessary to avoid, it is the evil […] Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness [...]. And above all these put on love".
