Christians know that Jesus Christ is present in his Word, in prayer, in charitable actions, and over all, under the Eucharistic bread and wine, become the Body and the Blood of the Christ in the Eucharist. Nourish by the Body and Blood of Christ, the baptized are sent with the power of the Holy Spirit to evangelize and transform society. Through the Eucharist, the Risen Christ converts hearts and transforms the world to build the Kingdom of God.
