There are initially the words of Mary when the Gagriel angel comes to announce to her that she will be the Mother of the Son

of the Most High (Jesus):
"How shall this be, since I have no husband?"
and "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord; let it be  to me according to your word"

(Luke 1, 33, 38).

Then, Luke reports the song of joy of Mary (the Magnificat) when she visits her Elisabeth cousin who is also pregnant (of John the Baptist). John Baptist leaped in her womb by hearing the greeting of Mary:

"My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,

or he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden.
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name.
And his mercy is on those who fear him from generation to generation.
He has shown strength with his arm, he has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts, He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted those of low degree;
He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent empty away.
He has helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy, as he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his posterity for ever" (Luke 1, 46-55).

John reports the words of Mary when the wine has missed with the wedding at Cana: "They have no wine" and "Do whathever he tells you " (John 2, 3-4).

And finally, Luke gives us the words of Mary when she found Jesus child with the Temple teaching the doctors of the Law, whereas she sought him everywhere with Joseph:"Son, why have you treated us so? Behold, your father and I have been looking for you anxiously" (Luc 2, 48).

Mary is mentioned on other occasions, in particular when she is standing at the bottom of the cross of Jesus and right before Pentecost, but the evangelists do not report other words of her.
